Arreis Impact Foundation is a Houston based nonprofit dedicated to addressing two urgent and interconnected challenges: the growing demand for skilled construction labor and the lack of access to sustainable employment for individuals facing systemic barriers.

Founded and led by a minority woman with deep ties to Houston’s construction and infrastructure industry, the Foundation was created as a natural extension of Arreis Construction Group, bridging industry needs with meaningful community opportunity. At its core, Arreis Impact Foundation operates as a reformation and reentry workforce development program. We provide structured pathways for formerly incarcerated individuals, disabled veterans, and individuals experiencing homelessness to successfully transition back into the workforce through hands on training, industry certifications, job placement, and wraparound support services.

While Arreis Construction Group builds critical infrastructure across Houston, Arreis Impact Foundation builds human capital by preparing individuals for long-term careers that promote dignity, stability, and economic mobility. Across our community, capable and motivated individuals often remain locked out of opportunity due to incarceration history, housing instability, disability, displacement, or limited access to training and credentials. Veterans returning to civilian life and individuals transitioning out of homelessness face compounded challenges despite a strong desire to work and rebuild their lives. At the same time, the construction industry continues to experience a severe workforce shortage.

Arreis Impact Foundation exists to close this gap. We are committed to transparency, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Our programs track key performance indicators including program completion, job placement, employment retention, wage growth, and housing stability to ensure continuous improvement and meaningful impact.

Investments in Arreis Impact Foundation directly support workforce training, participant certifications, supportive services, and employer partnerships. These investments generate measurable returns for individuals, businesses, and the Houston community by strengthening the local labor force and expanding access to opportunity. The launch of Arreis Impact Foundation represents more than the creation of a nonprofit. It represents a long term commitment to rebuilding lives through employment and aligning workforce development with real labor market demand.

We welcome partnerships, supporters, and collaborators who share our mission to advance economic opportunity, workforce equity, and community resilience across Houston
