Construction-Based Trade School

Our flagship program is a hands on construction trade school designed to prepare participants for real careers in the skilled trades. Training includes carpentry and framing, concrete and sitework, utility installation, heavy equipment operation, and OSHA and jobsite safety certifications. Graduates leave work-ready with practical skills that translate directly into employment.

Central Patrol Station

Houston Police Department
Arreis was responsible for the complete concrete scope on the new Central Patrol Station project, a major $40 million renovation that revitalized a historic downtown Houston facility.
Project Backstory
Originally damaged by Hurricane Harvey in 2017, the former Central Patrol Station left HPD divisions displaced and operating in inadequate temporary spaces. To address this, the City of Houston undertook a comprehensive renovation of a century-old building at 1217 Morin Place — previously used as a cold storage warehouse and HPD’s property room. The project transformed the historic structure into a modern, purpose-built 57,000 square-foot facility designed specifically for police operations, complete with a new 274,000 square-foot shared parking garage.
