Our Story

Founded by Sierra Alston, Arreis Impact Foundation was born from a lifelong passion to serve and uplift individuals often overlooked by society. From a young age, Sierra demonstrated
compassion for people facing homelessness and reentry challenges by listening to their stories, understanding their struggles, and committing to finding real, sustainable solutions.

That compassion evolved into a mission-driven organization focused on providing second chances through education, structure, and opportunity.

Why Sierra’s Leadership Matters

Unlike traditional service models that operate in silos, Sierra brings direct industry access into
the nonprofit space. Through her leadership and professional network, participants are
connected to real employers, real worksites, and real career pathways. Training is practical,
employer-aligned, and immediately applicable.
