Construction-Based Trade School

Our flagship program is a hands on construction trade school designed to prepare participants for real careers in the skilled trades. Training includes carpentry and framing, concrete and sitework, utility installation, heavy equipment operation, and OSHA and jobsite safety certifications. Graduates leave work-ready with practical skills that translate directly into employment.

Arreis Impact Foundation delivers a comprehensive reintegration model built on education, accountability, and opportunity. Our services include trade-based workforce training, employment placement and apprenticeships, transitional housing support, access to mental and physical health services, life skills development and help with reunification with family.
